3. CRITICAL FOOD USAGE & FEEDING RESPONSIBILITY

This is the most important section.

By purchasing Pawpeye products, the user agrees that:

3.1 Proper Feeding Practice
Pawpeye food must be introduced gradually (diet adaptation)
Feeding must follow:
Recommended portion guidelines
Calorie requirements based on weight and activity
3.2 Mixing With Other Food (IMPORTANT – EXPANDED)

The Company strongly advises against improper mixing of Pawpeye food with:

Low-quality commercial kibble
Unknown or unverified food sources
Excessive homemade food without nutritional balance
High-fat, spicy, or human-grade foods unsuitable for pets

Improper mixing may result in:

Digestive imbalance
Nutritional inconsistency
Diarrhea or gastrointestinal issues
Reduced effectiveness of Pawpeye diet

👉 The Company shall not be liable for any adverse effects arising from:

Mixing incompatible foods
Unsupervised diet changes
Random feeding practices
3.3 Storage & Handling Responsibility
Products must be stored as per instructions
Improper storage (heat, moisture, contamination) voids responsibility
3.4 Health & Medical Responsibility

The Company shall not be responsible for:

Pre-existing health conditions
Undiagnosed diseases
Allergic reactions specific to the pet
Improper transition between foods

4. CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

11. USER CONDUCT

Users shall not:

Spread false or defamatory content
Attempt fraud

Violation may result in:

Account suspension
