Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, strict return conditions apply.

1. No Return Policy (Primary Rule)

All sales are final and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

Product received is damaged (severely affecting usability)
Wrong product delivered
2. Reporting Window
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Claims made beyond this period will not be entertained under any circumstances
3. Mandatory Proof

To process any claim, the customer must provide:

Unboxing video (preferred)
Clear images of product and packaging
Order details

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Refund / Replacement Decision
The Company reserves sole discretion to:
Approve or reject claims
Provide replacement or refund
Refunds, if approved:
Will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days
Credited via original payment method
5. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds/returns will NOT be provided for:

Change of mind
Pet not liking the food
Minor packaging damage
Delay in delivery
Improper storage after delivery
Allergic reactions or health conditions not disclosed prior
Failure to follow feeding guidelines
6. Product Usage Responsibility
Once the product is opened or used, it is considered accepted by the customer
The Company is not liable for misuse or improper feeding practices
